Theme is "Make me laugh."
Jokes are just some gibberish written in Ottoman Turkish Alphabet.
How to cheer The Sultan? You're supposed the read the joke that The Sultan hasn't heard before to keep your head. There are some clues on the papers indicating they have been used before.

Even though it’s hard to impress the Sultan, the game did impressed me. Just make sure you use headset if you’re going to play in the public.
